Regina is the latin word for queen and also happens to be the second largest city in the province of Saskatchewan after the town we played yesterday, Saskatoon. Once again, I can't ever recall visiting here before but on first appearances Regina looks like a nice quiet town with substantial areas dedicated to parks, lakes and countryside. Considering that Regina is situated on a vast treeless plain, the beauty of the city with it's 300,000 trees is entirely hand made.

Another remarkably similar symphony theatre to the last three shows we've played in Canada and another wonderful 'listening' crowd. what's unusual is there's a day off after only three shows! Off to Chicago's Midway airport and a very nice customs/immigration official sees us back into America with the minim um of fuss and we're at the hotel in downtown Chicago by 3:30am. Off to Wrigley Field tomorrow to see the Cubs take on the Cincinnati Reds.

This is where the big 'circle' sits when we're not using it. In a lot of these theatres there are issues with rigging and logistics which means we're not able to use it in all venues.

They don't just throw the cases in the trucks and hope for the best...it's all very carefully calculated as space is at a premium.

Glenn doing what he does every show day for an hour or two, dancing with the big lady...this time inside the empty back-line truck.
