Bordeaux - Le Patinoire - April 4th




Matt celebrates the return of the B3 after the traumas of the previous show. Basically it couldn't deal with the fact that the voltage dropped substantially. Lawrence is happy about it too!



Here's Darren, our resident chef for Europe. Tonight's dinner was spectacular as usual. On the menu tonight - Caesar salad, tomato salad, Marinated octopus salad, Spinach leek and potato soup, Lamb Chops with fresh mint relish, Swordfish with salsa verdi, wild Mushroom and goats cheese risotto, feeling hungry yet? all served with with dauphinoise potatoes and ratatouille, Chocolate tart, fresh fruit salad and a selection of cheeses. That's just dinner!! Personally, I don't know how those guys manage to do it every day to such a high standard. Darren is assisted by two other chefs Shaun and Adam. The caterers have to be the first in the venue to cook breakfast for the crew. then lunch and dinner. It's a long day for them and everyone in the entourage appreciates what they concoct.
