2007 recording diary HOME

pre - January 2007

Greetings all. Here we are again back in the studio only this time we're in London as opposed to Nashville or L.A.

Mark and I have been whittling away at his new songs here at British Grove Studios since early 2006 but with the many other tours, projects, bits and bobs on the go last year, we didn't really get as much time in the studio as we'd have liked. The Roadrunning tour with Emmylou was the main diversion and the subsequent mixing of the dvd.

So on to 2007 and we're kicking off the new year with a month of sessions in Studio one with Glenn Worf and Danny Cummings on bass and drums respectively. Chuck Ainlay is over from Nashville, and so we have the old team back. Here's a few pictures I took over the last few months to wet the appetite....
